For the MOSMAN MODERN project, we upgraded our client Kirrily’s federation kitchen into a light, modern space with a generous island benchtop. It frames a view of the garden while you cook, and gives guests a natural place to gather. For larger functions, the same island doubles as a buffet.
The extractor is built into the cooktop, so there is no overhead rangehood breaking up the view across the island. The space stays sleek and streamlined, which matters when the kitchen is on show for entertaining.
